1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to and participating in the Spot N Paste Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not apply or participate in the Program.
2. Program Overview
The Spot N Paste Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers through your unique affiliate link. When someone signs up and purchases a paid plan, you earn a commission on their payments for up to one year from the initial referral.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 20% of each referred customer’s payment, up to one year from their first purchase
- Payment Method: PayPal
- Payout Schedule: Payments are issued on the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month
- Minimum Payout: None required
- Cookie Duration: 1 year
4. Application and Approval
Affiliates must submit an application to join the program. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
5. Permitted Promotion
You may promote Spot N Paste using your affiliate link on websites, blogs, social media, email (where compliant), and paid advertising — including using our brand name or trademarks in ad copy. You may also share on deal or coupon sites.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Refer yourself or your own business using your affiliate link
- Use deceptive or misleading language or tactics to gain referrals
- Engage in spam, bots, or cookie stuffing
- Misrepresent Spot N Paste or make false claims about our service
- Use your affiliate link in a way that violates any laws or regulations
7. Affiliate Disclosures
You must clearly disclose the use of affiliate links as required by the FTC and other regulatory bodies. Examples include using statements such as “This post contains affiliate links” near your referral links.
8. Resources and Branding
We currently do not provide pre-designed banners or marketing assets. You are responsible for creating your own promotional materials, as long as they remain in line with our brand and comply with all advertising laws.
9. Tracking and Attribution
All referrals are tracked using cookies placed when users click your unique affiliate link. The cookie is valid for 1 year. If a referred user makes a purchase within that time, you will receive credit for the sale.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
11. Program Changes
We reserve the right to update, change, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. This includes modifying the commission rate, payout schedule, or eligibility requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
Spot N LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. We make no guarantees about your potential earnings.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
